Production Description

Nickel wire mesh is woven from high-quality nickel wire, primarily composed of high-purity nickel grades such as N4 and N6. Nickel mesh serves mainly as a filtration medium and fuel cell electrode. It can be used for screening in strong acid and strong alkali environments, gas and liquid filtration, separation of other media, and electrochemical processes such as fuel cells and hydrogen production.

Our nickel mesh features uniform square or rectangular apertures, engineered for precision in demanding industrial applications. With a nickel content exceeding 99.5% in N6 material, our wire mesh roll outperforms standard grades in corrosion resistance, conductivity, and durability.

● Plain Weave: Primary specifications range from 1 mesh to 200 mesh, characterized by equal densities of warp and weft threads per inch.

● Twill Weave: Primary specifications range from 1 mesh to 220 mesh, offering superior tensile strength compared to plain weave.

● Dutch Weave: Primary specifications range from 45 mesh to 800 mesh, achieving a minimum filtration precision of 20μm.

● Knitted Mesh: Nickel wire knitted mesh, also known as nickel wire gas-liquid filter mesh, foam mesh, demister mesh, shielding mesh sleeve, etc., is a wire mesh woven using a special crochet needle and knitting crochet process. It is widely used in the production of wire mesh demisters, air filters, oil-gas separation, dust filtration, gas-liquid separation, internal combustion engine filter elements, electromagnetic shielding, and other applications in special environments. Mesh Width: 25mm–600mm. Other specifications such as mesh size and filtration density can be customized upon request.
