Product Introduction

The stainless steel pleated filter element is a type of filter primarily made of single or multiple layers of stainless steel woven mesh as the key filtering material. All sealing surfaces of the filter element are processed using argon arc welding technology. The filtering layer consists of 3–5 layers of stainless steel mesh, which are pleated and formed into a structured filter body. This filter layer is reinforced internally and externally by two supporting layers, with the middle layer serving as the actual controlled filtering section.

All seams are joined through argon arc welding, resulting in a fully integrated filter element that ensures zero leakage and no media shedding. The core filtering material—stainless steel woven mesh—is produced by weaving stainless steel wires of different diameters into meshes with varying mesh counts.

After welding, each stainless steel pleated filter element undergoes strict post-processing and parameter testing to ensure quality and performance.
