Material and Perforation
We select the appropriate sheet material (stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, etc.) and precision-punch holes according to your specified pattern, diameter, and open area requirements.
Forming and Welding
The perforated sheet is then formed into a tube. We employ either spiral (helical) welding or longitudinal (straight seam) welding based on the application needs. The seams are securely joined using Argon Arc Welding (TIG) to ensure strength and integrity.
Surface Finishing
To enhance durability and suitability for specific environments, the finished tubes can undergo various surface treatments, including Electrolytic Polishing, Galvanization, Sandblasting, Pickling, and Passivation.
